No problem, I am going to share with you some of my advance and loving workouts that would work on your abs, center core along with your whole body. This whole task will help you to get visible six pack abs as soon as possible. Ordinary traditional workout wouldn’t work for you as it has been already proved by #1 abs program on the internet for men and women both.
Here is killer workout idea that can work on your incorporate abs and entire core along with entire body. These workouts have high intensity as it will also help you boost your metabolisms .Everything you need to lose fat from your belly. I am not sure weather you have any equipment so let me tell a bodyweight based workout
Start with 2-3 min of warm joking, jumping jack
Now move though given exercises in a circuit fashion, with no more than 10 seconds of rest between every step.
1- bodyweight squats – exact 12 reps
2- plyo pushups (clapping) – 10 reps
3- walking lunges-up and back (6 steps both)
4- floor mountain climbers(near for 30 seconds0
5- lunge jumps (Each side-6 raps)
6- 12 raps -lying leg thrusts (abs) on floor
7- squat jumps-8 raps only
8- side plank(hold for 30 seconds on both sides)
Now, rest for 2 min after finishing the circuit. Now you should be feeling why I called it an advance workout for abs. I would recommend repeating this circuit at least for 3-5x.
